§ 3Improved visibility on add on order fulfillment
We have added a new feature in the client dashboard that gives you more visibility on the fulfillment of your additional orders. You will now see status labels next to every add on order you placed in the Actions window in the Overview section of your entities.
If you have any other feature requests we would love to hear them!
COMPLIANCE UPDATE
§ 4Bahamas IBCs — Required Action
New Bahamas company law requires all IBCs to review their nominee arrangements.
Key changes:
• Nominee directors are no longer allowed
• Nominee shareholders must be properly disclosed
• Companies with no nominee arrangements must still file a declaration
Non-compliance may result in fines and imprisonment.
